We offer a large variety of LED daytime running lights, some that are vehicle specific and some that are universal which can be made to fit a plethora of vehicles. In this particular case, we have a customer who purchased our 9-LED Daytime Running Lamps and installed it on his BMW.

These particular lights are easily installed when there is a mesh grill behind them since they are screwed into the back of the housing through the mesh which holds it in place. Fortunately for this customer, his car’s fog light area was the perfect size to accommodate these lights and required little to no modification to install. The shape and flow of the lamp and application area allowed these lights to fit flush and look very natural there.

Our customer connected the wires to these lights directly to his daytime running lights so that when those lights are on, the LED daytime running lamps are also on acting as additional lights. Since there are only two wires coming off the LED lamp, the installation is very easy and straight forward; they just need to be connected to a 12v power source and ground.

This item has been made to fit on this customer’s BMW very easily and it can also fit on other vehicles with similar bumper openings like the picture above. This lamp is actually a direct fit item for 2005-2008 Audi C6/A6/S6, but as shown in this article, it can be fitted onto other vehicles if room allows.

If you were to look at your rear view mirror during traffic, you would most likely see a sea of yellow lights behind you, but your eye will occasionally catch a glimpse of a bit of white in that yellow sea. Whether that white light is from the newer BMW, Audi, or Mercedes-Benz LED daytime running lights or perhaps even a Honda, it still catches your eye because of its unique look.

You are taking a look at our own employee’s Honda Civic Si with our 120-SMD 9005 LED bulbs being used in the daytime running lights. These set the car apart greatly from the traditional yellow color you see in day to day traffic. This modest upgrade is easy to do and instructions are provided on our website so that even the most inexperienced person can manage this install. All the components are plug and play and do not require modifications to the existing wires.

The daytime running lights for this particular car are also the high beams; unfortunately though, due to the way LED lights produce light, they will not be a suitable upgrade for the high beams. The high beams will still function and turn on like before, but the output the lights throw in front of the vehicle will not be as great. These LED lights do not project their light far enough to be safely used by themselves at night; however a simple HID conversion kit upgrade for the low beams and/or fog lights would be more than enough light at night. These would not be recommended for those who cherish and use their high beams often to see more at night, but as daytime running lights, these are a wonderful and simple upgrade to take advantage of.

Do you feel like you’re missing something from the back of your vehicle? Does it seem like those unexciting looking reflectors create an eye sore? We’re very pleased to present our smoked LED bumper reflectors for the Lexus IS-F; these lights replace the original bumper reflector with our LED fitted ones which light up and work as your brake lights!

We have three styles available which are the clear lens, red lens, and smoked lens versions. This particular customer went with our smoked lens version to match his black smoked-out theme they have going on with their vehicle. These added an aggressive, yet subtle upgrade to the rear end of this IS-F which sets it apart from the other IS-F’s on the street.

These LED bumper reflectors are a direct replacement of the factory piece and they are wired directly to the tail/stop lights of the vehicle. Wiring diagrams are available on our website and can be easily accomplished by someone with basic electrical skills. Please do keep in mind that these "reflectors" no longer actually reflect the light as they are lit up at night.

Each LED reflector contains 10-LED chips that light up in two modes: Running Light Mode (Dim Mode) and Stop Light Mode (Brighter Mode); running light mode operates by connecting the wiring to the running lights of your tail lights and the brighter light mode which is connected to the brake/stop light wires of the tail lights. If you want these to turn on as additional brake lights, you can just wire up the brighter mode instead and leave the other function alone.

Since LED lights add very sophisticated look to any vehicle, regardless of age, brand, or type, adding LED lights to yours would be a no-brainer. Take for example this new 2013 Volkswagen Jetta GLI that one of our customers brought into our store; we threw on a set of our 18-SMD 5050 LED Daytime Running Lights bulbs in there and it completely changed the look of the vehicle instantly.

There are many questions that come to mind when you replace a light on a European vehicle such as: Are there any error messages? Are there are any flickering issues? Would these interfere with other functions and so on. Fortunately for this particular 2013+ Volkswagen Jetta GLI, there are no error messages or negative side-effects of replacing the daytime running light bulb. We used a standard LED bulb with no resistors or added components to make this happen, what you see in the pictures is just a direct bulb replacement. Please do keep in mind that this was only tested on this specific vehicle and that other vehicles even though they may be the same manufacturer, may throw error messages or cause other issues.

With this new upgrade, the look of this Jetta has completely changed from the dull, incandescent yellow hue that the lights produced to a brighter and updated look that the LED’s offer. These replacement bulbs seem to suit the car so well that the untrained eye may even think these are factory lights and that this car came off the dealership lot just like this!
