How to Install 9005 LED DRL and Harness on Honda Civic

Still pondering LED daytime running lights for your Honda Civic, but worry about the complicated installation? With our DIY installation guide, you will find it easier than ever! We installed our 9005 LED bulbs and special decoder harness on a 2008 Civic Si. The installation is very straight forward, so here we go.
The 9005 LED bulbs + special decoder kit
Passenger side DRL socket and bulb, disconnect the connector from the bulb and twist DRL bulb to remove.
Remove the coolant reservoir from holder and set aside to gain access to driver side DRL bulb.
Same thing as the passenger side, disconnect the connector from the bulb and twist to remove.
Comparing the stock bulb with the new 68-SMD LED DRL. Fits just like how the stock one would.
Connect the harness provided with the kit to the passenger side stock DRL harness (circled in red).
Connect the LED DRL bulb and load resistors to the other 2 connectors from the harness (circled in red and yellow, respectively). Install into socket, installation is reverse of how you removed it.
Now, move onto the driver side and connect the last connector from the provided harness to the LED bulb (circled in yellow). Connect the last load resistor to the stock DRL harness (circled in red).
The load resistors get quite hot so make sure you mount them to the frame of the car or somewhere metal. I zip tied the wires that connect to the load resistors to the front radiator support

9005 LED bulbs For 2011 Toyota Sienna Daytime Running Lights

IRecently, we have done an installation for a customer on his 2011 Toyota Sienna for daytime running lights. This customer is extremely happy about this new mod, by getting these LED bulbs, the stock DRL gets a great match with his HID headlights aside.
The product we installed for him are: 68-SMD 9005 LED bulbs with 68 pieces super bright 1210 SMD LED lights all around. This 9005 LED bulb is directly plug and play replacement for his stock 55W 9005 (aka HB3) halogen bulb for daytime running lights.
This aesthetical "add-up" will transform the stock yellowish halogen daytime running light bulbs into a beautiful and exact 6000K ultra white HID look without paying the HID price and modification.

Acura TL LED Driving Lights With 9005 DRL Bulbs

Our customer recently installed new LED bulbs with decoders for perfect daytime running lights. These LED DRL bulbs were tested on 2007 and 2008 Acura TL models and work perfectly. It’s an awesome upgrade for your car, by adding daytime running lights. This kit comes with 68-SMD DRL bulbs and an additional decoder set for a perfect functioning daytime running lights. The unique SMD LED chips produce a 6000K white light, which replaces the halogen look for stock bulbs.

2010 Acura TL with 9005 LED bulbs for Daytime Running Lights

We asked on Facebook and Twitter if anyone had a 2010 Acura TL we could use to test our new product. Luis from Facebook replied and came to our store in San Gabriel. We installed the 9005 LED bulb for daytime running lights using a specially made decoder that was not available in our store/website yet.
It turned out the bulbs and decoders work fine and Luis got a pair of LED DRL bulbs and decoders for free. In addition, we offered him 30% off his next order just as a courtesy for obliging to help us in product trials.
