We see all sorts of vehicles for all walks of life testing on the Nurburgring, but sometimes these prototypes break down like the case of this 2016 Kia Optima. No worries for the driver or the engineer team, since there was a tow truck conveniently waiting to send the Optima back to the technical center.
Looks like we just have to wait and see what the car has in store for us when it comes back with a vengeance. Stay tuned for more news about the 2016 Kia Optima and what the engineers are doing to fix it.
2017 might seem to be a long way off, but the Hyundai Genesis Coupe has been spied for the first time. The next generation Hyundai Genesis coupe is expected to gravitate towards the Grand Tourer area, meaning that the car will be bigger and have more luxury features for all of the occupants. From the spy photos, it doesn’t seem too obvious, but it’s what in the interior that really matters.
One of our most asked questions from Kia Optima owners is where to find the ACC in the fuse box when they install products such as LED daytime running lights. Fortunately, one of our customers stopped by and we were able to determine where one of the better ACC locations is.
So where is the ACC location?
Open the hood and you will see that the fuse box is on the driver side. Remove the C Fan (cooling fan) 4-pin micro relay module. Tap the red wire of the LED daytime running light module box to the 87A location and plug back the module.
This set of Kia LED Daytime Running Lights gives your Kia a great genuine Kia K5 OEM style and really elevates the look. Not only can your Kia look like the K5 OEM version, but by doing so, your Optima already looks different and stands out from all of the other Optimas on the road nowadays. The painted OEM glossy black bezel helps your Optima look extremely sleek and quite the unique one on the road.
Love the KDM Kia K5 and feeling extremely jealous that you’re stuck with the boring American version? We’ve got you covered with a sleek set of OEM style LED Daytime Running Lights for your 2011-2013 Kia Optima. Each piece comes with 12 pieces of high power LED lights per LED DRL. Installing this Kia K5 KDM LED DRL takes a bit of effort, as you have to cut out a part of the bumper crash beam (therefore we highly recommend professional installation for this product).
