 Return/Exchange Policy

• All exchange/return product(s) must be in original condition with packaging, in NEW condition

• From date of purchase, there is 30 Days to return/exchange the product. Return package must be postmarked within this time frame

• Damaged/Incomplete order claims must be made within 7 Days from date of delivery, otherwise will not be accepted

• Customer is responsible for all shipping charge for the item to be return for refund or exchange

• For all exchanges, there is an exchange shipping and handling charge. Varies by item

•  A 15% restocking fee is incur on all marketplace (eBay, Amazon, Newegg) order returns. NO EXCEPTION

• Product(s) that is/are not in NEW condition will be return back to the customer without refund or exchange

• All refund is less shipping and handling charge

 Warranty Claim

• All products come with 90 Days Warranty against manufacturing defects

• Any modifications or physical damage such as cutting, soldering, water damage will VOID the warranty

• Product(s) must be sent back to iJDMTOY for testing prior to a replacement

• Customer is responsible for shipping fee to return the item to iJDMTOY for warranty claim

• Please do not directly use the item packaging to send it back. It will result VOID the warranty

 All Exchange/Return and/or Warranty Claim must be postmarked within the Exchange/Return and/or Warranty period.
