Blue Interior LED Lights – Map and Dome – For Volkswagen GTi

I’ve been seeing a lot of Volkswagen GTi cars on the road and decided to do a post on a Volkswagen GTi / Golf / MK4 interior led light package we have.

I’ll briefly introduce the package contents: 5 LED lights that cover front map lights, front dome lights and rear dome lights.

On the Volkswagen GTi, the lights look like this (based of a 2005 GTi model). See pictures below.

You can easily customize the lights and replacing the original bulbs to brighter led bulbs is easy. You can customize the package to white, blue, or red lights depending on how you want your car to look. Below is the 5 lights blue led package. Final pictures are below.

How to Install Interior LED Light on Volkswagen GTi

We recently installed a pair of led vanity lights for a customer. He purchased 6-SMD D36mm LED bulbs and we helped him install it.

These pictures were taken so they could be used for a step-by-step instruction guide for other cars.

Also called sun visor lights, these led bulbs are simple to install.

Details: You need a flat head screwdriver and your bulb.

Installing new LED License Plate Lights on Mercedes-Benz

A customer changed his 2009 Mercedes-Benz C-350 license plate lights with iJDMTOY error free LED bulbs.

The LED bulbs not only give a brighter light but change the light output from a house yellow look to an upgraded xenon white look.

You can change the bulbs in your license plate light lenses pretty easily. There are several guides to follow on iJDMTOY’s Installation and DIY Guides to make for an easy installation process.

Here are the stock pictures of his car. The LED bulb he used was a 1210 SMD T10 2825 LED bulb. It features a built-in load resistor that prevent onboard computer errors.

The parking city lights are common T10 bulbs that feature an error free CAN-bus controller, a full 360º shine, and excellent light output. The length of this bulb is slightly longer than other T10’s.
