Installing LED License Plate Lights On A Honda Civic

LED license plate lights are the easiest to install. For instance on a 2006 Honda Civic if you wanted to check the bulb size you would look at the Sylvania Osram guide and find your model. In this case the 2006 Honda Civic takes 168 bulb for license plate lights.

We actually carry a bunch of 168 bulbs but this Honda Civic has 12-SMD T10 LED bulbs installed. These T10 LED bulbs have 12 SMD 1210 pieces arranged around the bulb for a full area shine. These bulbs are available in white or blue, but we recommend white for license plate lights because of regulations in some states.

High Beam DRL with Decoder Kit for Acura Honda Vehicles

A customer bought the brand new iJDMTOY 9005 HB3 LED Daytime Running Light Bulbs with twin decoders set for his 2010 Acura TSX as daytime running lights.

This combination package features the bright 68-SMD 9005 LED bulbs plus a set of custom made decoders specially made to prevent bulb flickering in Honda and Acura vehicles.

The 68-SMD 9005 LED bulbs will create a 6000K HID-like light and will get rid of the old stock yellow look of the 55W halogen bulbs.

A customer from iJDMTOY installed new HID headlights with a 6000K 9006 HID Conversion Kit for the low beams. The 6000K Ultra White HID conversion kit is plug and play for easy use. It also features a very slim ballast that can increase the lifespan of the HID bulb by up to 30%, using sophisticated chipset technology to regulate electrical currents. With the HID conversion, you can experience up to 3 times more light output, while at the same time use less energy.

If you look at the pictures below, you will see that the high beams have been converted into daytime driving lights using a 68-SMD LED bulb. These functional high beam daytime running lights will add a stylish glow to your car.
