The LED angel eye halo rings we have are compatible with the E36 and E46 models, but make sure that you check out the product page to see the complete compatibility list before purchasing. On this particular 2005 BMW 330i Sedan with factory equipped HID/Xenon headlights, these LED angel eyes were a perfect fit. These LED rings require that the headlight housing be opened up to install, but luckily the E46 headlights are not sealed with sealant. Instead of sealant, a removable rubber seal is used to hold the lens to the headlight so installation does not take long to do at all.

The LED rings just clip onto the existing housing so there is no need for any modifications to install these LED angel eyes. The kit includes the plastic clips and adhesive tape for the installation. Wiring is very straight forward and can be easily wired by any individual with basic electrical knowledge and with the help of our installation guide on the website. Each ring measures in at 5.15” (131mm) and has 66-SMD LED 1210 diodes per ring to make up a total of 264 for both headlights. 50W CREE P13W LED Bulbs for the Chevy Camaro Fog Lights

The P13W is a new style of bulb that is slowly becoming more and more popular among many car manufacturers. It was first introduced on the 2010 Chevrolet Camaro with factory HID headlights for the daytime running lights, but has slowly adapted itself to be the factory fog lights for the newer Toyota Highlander as well as the daytime running lights for the newer Mazda CX-5 with factory HID headlights. Whatever the application may be, we have an affordable solution to replace those lights with an LED bulb that is more efficient and stylish than the factory incandescent bulbs.

These P13W LED bulbs are powered by ten 5W high power CREE XP-E LED diodes per bulb; with eight on the side and two on the top accompanied with a 3x magnifying optical lens, they provide a 360 degree coverage of light while providing projection. The bulbs operate at 10W, but have a maximum capability of 50W; these bulbs do not constantly operate at 50W due to issues such as overheating that will occur. These lights are available in the 6000K Xenon White color only, but should match most factory and aftermarket 6000-8000K HID lights. The P13W CREE LED bulbs are plug and play with the compatible applications and requires no modification to install which makes it a perfect DIY item.

BMW 745Li Using LED Strip Lights For Daytime Running Lights

LED strips seem to be the recent craze in regards to automotive lighting modifications thanks to its ease of installation. As long as there is enough room on the vehicle, these LED strips can be fitted with some slight work. Our LED strip lights are all universal and do not have a specific application; we provide measurements of how long they are so that the customer can measure their application prior to installation to make sure it fits.

On this 2003 BMW 7-series, the customer decided to install the LED strips right above the fog light on the flat area. This particular LED strip did not come with adhesive tape unlike our other styles so for installation, you need to supply your own adhesive tape or use silicone epoxy to bond the strip to the vehicle. There are two wires that power up these 20” 48-LED strips which are connected to any power source you would like the strip to be on with such as your parking lights for running lights or 12v ACC+ wire to act as an LED daytime light strip; the possibilities are almost endless. The LED strip is also flexible s it can conform to unique shapes; on this 745Li, the outside edge slopes down slightly and can be compensated for by bending the strip.

68-SMD 9005 LED Daytime Running Lights for the 2012 Acura TL

With these LED replacements, they require a full 12v power so they are at 100% output already and therefore cannot become brighter at night. These 68-SMD LED 9005 replacement bulbs are meant to serve as an aesthetic upgrade only and is not meant to produce a brighter high beam light. The output during the day while the daytime running lights are on is still quite remarkable with that being said.
